A selection of Manchester United fans have heaped praised on Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford following the club’s 3-1 Premier League triumph over Norwich City on the road.
The victory was the club’s first in a Premier League away game since February and Martial and Rashford starred with a goal apiece, though they should have doubled their tally.
Both Rashford and Martial had the opportunity to score from the penalty spot in the first half but they squandered their attempts to find the net.
However, they made up for the same by marking their names on the scoresheet and United’s third goal was splendid to watch with Rashford’s providing a sublime back-heeled assist for Martial.
Following the game, a number of United fans were pleased with the performance from the pair despite the fact that the side could have won by a bigger margin at Carrow Road.
Here are some of the reactions….
Honestly that’s probably our goal of the season from a team perspective. Absolutely stunning from Martial and Rashford, throwback to our good times that was! Beautiful. #mufc

Match thoughts:
• 3 goals
• 3 points
• We went from bottom half of the table to top half
• Daniel James is unreal
• Martial x Rashford partnership is top class
• We should never take penalties ever again.Have a good night.

BREAKING: Manchester United have scored 3 (THREE) goals from open play for the first time since fire was invented by man.

Scott McTominay opened the scoring with a delightful shot after just 21 minutes on the clock and the tally was doubled at the half an hour mark following a superb cross from Daniel James which allowed Rashford to have a free sight on goal.
Martial trebled the advantage after combining splendidly with Rashford but the team would be slightly disappointed after conceding during the closing stages of the game.
Still, there are plenty of positives from the performance and Solskjaer will be hoping for a repeat of the same when United tackle Chelsea in the League Cup fourth round away from home.
