Tier 2 journalist believes Manchester United could sign Jadon Sancho

Tier 2 journalist Rob Blanchette believes that Borussia Dortmund could end up selling 20-year-old Jadon Sancho.

He is positive about the deal and metaphorically says “pieces on the chess board are aligning.”

Guardian’s Manchester United’s correspondent Jamie Jackson also believes that a deal is very likely to happen. He also reports that all the three parties involved [United, Sancho and Dortmund] want the deal to go through.

James Cooper of Sky Sports share similar views regarding the some progress have been made in Sancho’s deal.

Borussia Dortmund demand €120m upfront for Jadon Sancho. Fabrzio Romano understands that Dortmund are not willing to take part payments or add any add-ons.

As per Stephan Uersfeld at ESPN, BVB coach Lucein Favre wants Sancho to stay at the club. Dortmund’s CEO Michael Zorc made it clear that they are not willing to sell Sancho.

However, these reports and statements are old. Things change quickly in transfer windows. We hope United sign Sancho in the upcoming weeks and Jackson and Blanchette are proved correct.
