Douglas Costa is one such name identified as Sancho’s alternative.
But, according to the reports from Tuttosport, United are on the cusp of missing out on the services of Costa. Costa is edging closer to making a move to an another English side- Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The same report also claims that Portuguese super-agent Jorge Mendes would be at the focal point of the deal, making life easier for both parties.
Juventus’ newly-hired boss Andrea Pirlo is believed to have already informed the Brazil international that he doesn’t exist within his plans for the 2010-21 season.
Wolves have recently sold Diogo Jota to Liverpool for a reported transfer fee of £41m. They are looking for replacement and it seems like United could lose out on another one of their transfer targets.
