A selection of Manchester United fans have hailed the second-half display from Mason Greenwood against Everton in the Premier League.
The Red Devils had gone into the game on the back of three wins in all competitions but they struggled to find the breakthrough during the course of the opening half.
Instead, they conceded an own goal through Victor Lindelof after goalkeeper David de Gea missed his punch from a Leighton Baines corner in the 36th minute.
Following the interval, there was not much improvement in the club’s performance in the attack and it was ultimately left to Greenwood to find the net coming off the bench.
The club graduate came on for Jesse Lingard in the 65th minute of the clash and 12 minutes later, he scored the equalising goal after guiding a low left-footed shot past a couple of Everton defenders.
United were not able to register the winning goal at Old Trafford but the fans were hugely pleased with Greenwood, who has scored three times in the past two appearances alone.

Can’t believe Mason Greenwood is only 18. Ice in the boy’s veins. Top finish.

? Starts the move with a beautiful switch of play
? Receives the ball back, works space to get a shot off and scores brilliantly.

Mason Greenwood’s coldness in celebrations is so elite. Acts as if he’s scored 100+ goals already. Kid is going to the top.

Greenwood had only shot on goal against the Toffees and he managed to make the most of the opportunity with the levelling goal. Aside from this, the 18-year-old attempted only eight passes in the game but he managed to find his teammates with a 100 percent success.
As such, the youngster definitely deserves a regular run of starts for the Red Devils and Solskjaer has personally admitted after the game that he may find it hard to leave Greenwood out from the first XI hereafter. The Red Devils have a chance to progress to the last four of the Carabao Cup in midweek where they are scheduled to face Colchester United at Old Trafford.
