Opinion: Man Utd favourites to sign Camavinga as he finds a new agent

Manchester United target Eduardo Camavinga has found a new agent after firing Moussa Sissoko. He is now represented by Stellar Group, as confirmed by the firm’s President Jonathan Barnett.

The 17-year-old is one of the best teenage midfielders in Europe and has drawn comparisons to the best names in football. He’s so young but his maturity on the pitch shows why he’s a hot prospect.

He was previously represented by Sissoko who pushed Camavinga to join Real Madrid. He attempted to reach an agreement whilst Rennes want €50m for their prodigious talent.

Juventus and Paris Saint Germain are also keen on signing Camavinga.

However, Manchester United has become a favourable destination as Camavinga is now represented by a new representative.

United’s current players Dan James, Luke Shaw, Sergio Romero, Marco Rojo, Tahith Chong, and Dean Henderson are all represented by Stellar Group and both parties share a good relationship.

United have recently signed contract extensions with Chong and Henderson – both players who were on the verge of leaving United as the question of adequate game time was in the air.

In both the deals, Stellar Group could’ve found a better deal for their players but decided to side with United. Even when Romero’s wife publicly bashed the club, there were no comments made from the London-based agency.

United’s highly-rated youngsters Ethan Laird, Anthony Elanga, and Teden Mengi are represented by the same agency. If you tie these threads, it is clear that Stellar Group favours United over other clubs.

Any offer made by the Mancunian club will be taken seriously. With Nemanja Matic aging and Paul Pogba’s uncertain future, United wouldn’t shy away from paying the €50m price.
