Ole had this to say about Pogba after Sheff Utd victory

Manchester United ran out clear and comfortable 3-0 winners over Sheffield United at Old Trafford on Wednesday evening.

Victory has moved us to within two points of Chelsea and fourth spot, prior to their match versus Manchester City on Thursday night. We have also moved to within six points of out-of-form Leicester City, with seven games to play.

Anthony Martial helped himself to a hat-trick in a game that saw Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes start for the first time.

Last Friday, in our first match of the 2019-20 Premier League restart, Pogba came off the bench to play an influential part in our 1-1 draw away to Tottenham Hotspur in what was his first appearance of the year. He won the penalty from which Bruno Fernandes scored our second half equaliser to rescue the point.

The combination of Pogba and Fernandes in midfield helped us dominate possession against the Blades, who had started the day two points behind us in the table.

Speaking after the win, Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had the following to say about Paul Pogba on MUTV:

“Paul is still a bit away from his best form which is natural because that’s his first start since September and he’s been working hard, so hopefully there is more to come. I thought Bruno showed some quality in the game and it’s exciting to be working with talent like this.”

The French midfielder created four chances in the game, which was more than any player on the pitch from either side. He lasted 79 minutes, when the Norwegian manager decided to make all five of his available substitutions at the same time.
