Transfer Rumours

Manchester United’s 18-year-old target agrees to join another club

As per Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United target Amad Traore has agreed to switch sides in Italy. The 18-year-old Atlanta winger will spend a season at Parma on loan.

As per Manchester United Evening News [MEN], United were linked to Traore and Romano confirms it too.

However, MEN confirms that Traore is not looked upon as an alternative to United’s #1 transfer target Jadon Sancho.

Traore was not supposed to be available for a cheap fee despite him playing a mere 30 minutes in the Italian league.

Ivory Coast-born Traore is the part of the fabled Atlanta academy which is described as the best in Italy. His teammate Dejan Kulusevski – who won the best young player of the year last season – also experienced a similar trajectory.

Traore is a traditional tricky winger and is the one to keep an eye out. Expect United to not switch off contacts with him as the move to Parma is not permanent.

However, for now, Traore is not joining the Red Devils.
