Manchester United U21s have discovered their 2026/27 Premier League 2 fixtures.
The Red Devils finished second last season after losing 1-0 to Brighton & Hove Albion in the play-off final. They have not won the competition since the 2015/16 season.
United begin their campaign against Ipswich Town at the Progress With Unity Stadium on August 24.
Man United will then host Leicester City, before facing Manchester City in their first away game. The Manchester derby is provisionally set for September 12.
The young Reds are away at Liverpool on February 6 before taking on Chelsea at home nine days later.
The competition is set to take up a new format. It now comprises 31 teams following the inclusion of Brentford and Bournemouth.
There are now three tiers, based on the average league finishing positions over the past three seasons. Each team will play 20 league matches, with 10 at home and 10 away.
The top 16 teams will qualify for the single-elimination play-offs, while teams finishing between 17th and 24th, along with the top eight clubs from the Professional Development League (Category 2), will enter into a separate play-off competition.
