Manchester United to make a €30m bid for 23 y/o ace

Manchester United are willing to offer Real Madrid €30m for Sergio Reguilon. Today, ADC de Seville reports that Reguilon could be on his way to Old Trafford.

Chelsea were in talks to sign him up but went with Ben Chilwell. Other clubs like Napoli, Sevilla, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus are also monitoring his situation. Yesterday, Spanish publication AS reported that United are front-runners to sign Reguilon.

Zinedine Zidane has no place for Reguilon as the French boss trusts Marcelo and Ferland Mendy. Miguel Gutierrez is also expected to be promoted from Real’s academy.

Reguilon recently changed his agent to Kia Joorabchian which suggests he wanted a move away from Real Madrid. The agent has many offers on the table.

The Blancos are looking to insert a buy-back clause in Reguilon’s deal and are pushing to raise funds.

The 23-year-old was one of the best players for Sevilla this season as they won the UEFA Europa League and earned a fourth-place finish in the league.

Last month, Reguilon accepted that he himself doesn’t know where he will play next season. All he wants is to find plenty of game time and develop.
