Manchester United have reportedly discussed the possibility of signing Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the summer transfer window.
The 27-year-old has entered the final year of his contract at Goodison Park and has indicated he will not extend his deal.
He has bagged 68 goals and 18 assists in 247 appearances across all competitions for the Toffees, but they may look to sell him this summer.
According to Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth, Calvert-Lewin is one of several forwards the Red Devils have discussed.
However, it is reportedly not a priority position and United are not expected to add another centre-forward unless they offload more players.
They have already signed Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna but he may need time to adapt to the Premier League.
Rasmus Hojlund is their current number one centre-forward but he has been ruled out until late September due to a hamstring injury.
Signing another attacker before the transfer window closes depends on whether they manage to sell players.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka is on the verge of joining West Ham United, and the club is also open to offers for Scott McTominay, Casemiro, Antony, Jadon Sancho and Victor Lindelof.
McTominay could leave Old Trafford despite the important role he played last season.
Casemiro and Antony are on high wages and United are unlikely to find buyers for them.
Sancho is expected to stay in Manchester as Paris Saint-Germain are closing in on French wonderkid Desire Doue.
