Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof has been pictured hobbling on crutches after the injury he picked up against Liverpool in pre-season earlier this month.
The Sweden international was replaced at half-time against the Reds, and his wife, Maja Nilsson Lindelof has provided an update via an Instagram story.
While Man United have yet to say anything official concerning the injury, the wife of the defender posted a short clip of him hobbling on crutches.
Lindelof has also been regularly linked with a summer exit, but that is unlikely to happen due to his condition.
The Red Devils are already without Luke Shaw, Tyrell Malacia and Leny Yoro at the back, while Harry Maguire was taken off in the 81st minute against Fulham on Friday night.
The England international was seen limping and holding the back of his right leg as he went off, but it is yet to be determined if he has suffered a serious injury.
Man United are now without four defenders, but the arrivals of Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui from Bayern Munich have helped strengthen them in the position.
The duo featured against Fulham and are expected to play when the Red Devils visit Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday in their second Premier League game of the season.
