Manchester United are at Swansea City in the EFL Cup fifth round tomorrow evening.
Both teams head into the game off the back of a 2-1 defeat this past weekend as the Welsh side were beaten at home by managerless Leicester City.
There is still no update on Phil Jones’ injury picked up at Huddersfield on Saturday but you can be sure the England international will not feature at the Liberty Stadium tomorrow night.
Eric Bailly could be in line to make his return having been out all month with an injury picked up on international duty. Jose Mourinho may want to give the Ivorian a run out before facing Tottenham Hotspur and the in-form Harry Kane over the weekend.
The boss previously confirmed that Bailly will be back this week.
As well as Jones being unlikely to play, we already have five confirmed absentees. Paul Pogba, Marouane Fellaini, Michael Carrick, Marcos Rojo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are all ruled out indefinitely through injury.
As for the hosts, Swansea will be without Kyle Bartley (knee), Renato Sanches (thigh) and Wilfried Bony (thigh) through injury, whilst Leroy Fer misses the game through suspension.
