Man Utd should move for Wolves left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri

Man Utd should make an approach for Wolverhampton Wanderers left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri during the summer transfer window.

The Red Devils currently have Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia as their specialist left-backs, but both are on the sidelines at the moment.

Shaw has suffered multiple muscular injuries this season and the Englishman is presently out of action until the beginning of May.

Meanwhile, Malacia has been nursing a knee injury from pre-season and he may not make an appearance for the Red Devils this term.

Fabrizio Romano recently revealed that the club have started the search for a new left-back. In our view, they should move for Ait-Nouri.

Ait-Nouri would be a perfect signing for United

The 22-year-old has been one of the best-performing left-backs in the Premier League this season.

The Algerian star has completed 86 per cent of his passes this term and he has also been brilliant defensively for the Midlands outfit.

Ait-Nouri has won two tackles and 5.9 duels per league game alongside 4.4 ball recoveries.

He has also managed 1.9 take-ons per outing for Wolves with almost one key pass.

In our opinion, his all round attributes would make him a perfect signing for United. He is only 22 years of age and has a lot of room to progress.

Most importantly, the Angers graduate has a fantastic fitness record. He has missed just 10 games with injuries since moving to Wolves in 2021.

He is currently valued at €32 million (£27m) by Transfermarkt. Wolves will most certainly look for at least £40m to part ways with his services this summer.
