INEOS have shown commitment to signing the best prospects worldwide since arriving at Manchester United.
Left-back Diego Leon arrived from Paraguayan outfit Cerro Porteno in the summer, joining the list of highly-rated youngsters who have joined Man United.
The Mancunian giants are now on the verge of adding two promising stars to their ranks.
According to africafoot, Man United are close to signing Senegalese prodigy Mouhamed Dabo, a product of Bsport Academy.
The president of Bsport Academy is currently in England to finalise discussions over the transfer of the Senegal U17 captain.
Dabo has been on trial at United for several weeks and has blown the coaching staff away with his all-around skills.
Described as a modern midfielder, the Senegalese is tactically astute, has a good technique, and strong physical prowess. He can dictate the pace of the game and is considered a player ‘already ready’ for the top level.
Besides United, Barcelona are also interested in Dabo as he completed a month-long internship at La Masia – the club’s famous academy.
Meanwhile, Man United are also close to signing Colombian starlet Cristian Orozco.
Journalist Pipe Sierra reports that there is a preliminary agreement for the 17-year-old to move to Old Trafford, with the deal set to be completed next year when he turns 18.
Orozco plays for Colombian club Fortaleza CEIF and is the captain of the Columbia U17s, for whom he has featured nine times.
He is expected to play alongside Dabo at the U17 World Cup in November.
Orozco started his career at Colombian side Rojo, who will also reportedly receive a share of his transfer fee.
With the midfield being one of United’s areas of weakness, the potential addition of Dabo and Orozco shows foresight.
While the duo are not expected to make an immediate impact, they could become pivotal players for the club in the future if they live up to their potential.
