LVG fears for his job

Manchester-United-v-Norwich-City-Premier-LeagueLouis Van Gaal has admitted he now fears for his job after United stumbled to a second defeat in a row, as they lost 2-1 to Norwich City at home.

The defeat, United’s second in a row against a newly promoted side after last week’s 2-1 loss away at Bournemouth, left Van Gaal’s side in fifth position, nine points behind league leaders Leicester City.

After the game, the United manager admitted it was no longer just his style of football to be under scrutiny but his job as well.

“Yes, of course I am worried about my job, because I know belief in a manager is very important so when you lose games then the belief in the manager will decrease,” he said.

“So that is happening now and I cannot close my eyes to that.

“But I have belief in myself and I think I can turn this around. I don’t think a change of management shall bring direct success. But that is what I believe and maybe in this matter that is not so interesting.”
