Isak Hansen-Aaroen would be delighted to join Atletico – Ajax and Napoli keeping tabs

Manchester United youngster Isak Hansen-Aaroen would be delighted to join Atletico Madrid on a free transfer, according to Fichajes.

The 19-year-old is one of the promising graduates in the youth system, but he has yet to make a competitive appearance for the club.

His current deal expires at the end of the campaign and it has already been claimed that he could leave United on a permanent deal this month.

Fichajes now report that Atletico are one of his admirers. The Norwegian playmaker would be ‘delighted’ to join them on a free transfer this summer.

However, the La Liga giants are not alone in the player’s pursuit with Ajax and Napoli also keeping tabs on the contract situation of the teenager.

Hansen-Aaroen is ‘seriously’ considering a change of scenery.

United should look into winter sale for Hansen-Aaroen

The youngster was anticipating to break into the first-team plans this season after the Red Devils decided against loaning him out for the campaign.

However, he has not even made the matchday squad and this is a clear indication that manager Erik ten Hag does not believe he is ready to step up.

United will receive a compensation fee for his free transfer exit, but the club should look to capitalise by sanctioning his sale during the current window.

They should accept a nominal sum on the table, but with a huge sell-on clause as well as an option to buy him back in the future for a particular figure.

Hansen-Aaroen is rated as a ‘Category A‘ player by United, who has the potential to reach the top. The club should not lose him for free to a European rival.
