Manchester United will be looking to build on our 3-1 win at Crystal Palace with another win at home to Southampton this afternoon.
With Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal currently drawing 1-1 in the North London derby we have the ability to either move into fourth place, close the gap on third or both, with another win today.
The two teams are confirmed as:
Manchester United
David de Gea; Ashley Young, Chris Smalling, Victor Lindelof, Luke Shaw; Scott McTominay, Andreas Pereira; Marcus Rashford, Paul Pogba, Alexis Sanchez; Romelu Lukaku
Substitutes: Lee Grant, Diogo Dalot, Eric Bailly, Marcos Rojo, Fred, Angel Gomes, Tahith Chong
With eight players out, Scott McTominay and Andreas Pereira start in front of the back four in a 4-2-3-1 formation. Paul Pogba takes up the number 10 role behind Romelu Lukaku, with Marcus Rashford and Alexis Sanchez returning to the starting lineup down the wings.
Youngsters Angel Gomes and Tahith Chong are both named on the substitutes bench. They are joined by big summer signing Fred.
Southampton
Angus Gunn; Maya Yoshida, Jan Vestergaard, Jan Bednarek; Yan Valery, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Oriol Romeu, James Ward-Prowse, Ryan Bertrand; Nathan Redmond; Charlie Ausin
Substitutes: Alex McCarthy, Matthew Targett, Jack Stephens, Slattery, Elyounoussi, Stuart Armstrong, Gallagher
The visitors beat Fulham 2-0 midweek and name the same team and 3-5-1-1 formation from that game. Nathan Redmond has been scoring under Ralph Hasenhuttl and will play behind Charlie Austin today.
