The Red Devils are facing the London club for the first time since 2007. They should be overwhelming favourites to beat them and progress to the last four of the competition.
United have a genuine chance of winning their first silverware since 2017 with several elite clubs including Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and holders Liverpool having been eliminated.
In our view, City are currently the only threat to the club in the quest for a long-awaited silverware. A trophy in Erik ten Hag’s first season as United’s manager would be a big success.
