Boca Juniors wonderkid Aaron Anselmino has spoken about his future amid the reported interest from Manchester United.
The 18-year-old has made only seven senior appearances for Boca, but he is already being monitored by elite European teams.
United have had scouts in attendance to watch him in action while AC Milan are also admirers of the young centre-back.
However, Anselmino does not appear in a rush to leave Boca.
When asked about European interest, the youngster said that his head is clearly at Boca and he wants to win titles with the club.
He said via Ole: “My head is here at Boca. I want to win titles here and win titles with this shirt. Nothing has come from outside.”
Argentine outlet Ole add that the teenager has handed a warning that he does not want to move to Manchester this summer.
United should look into transfer deal for Anselmino
Anselmino currently has a release clause worth €20 million in his Boca contract.
United have plans of signing him this summer before loaning him out to another club.
In our view, Anselmino would be a good long-term prospect for the Red Devils with his impressive defensive attributes.
In the recent Copa Argentina tie, the teenager completed 87 per cent of his passes, winning 100 per cent of his ground duels.
He also registered three clearances alongside two tackles and two interceptions.
Anselmino definitely has the potential to become a quality centre-back in future and United must find a way of convincing him.
A potential solution could be to loan him back to Boca Juniors next season before integrating him into their first-team plans.
With Milan also in the running, the Red Devils must be pro-active to land his signature.
